Ohio Man Arrested for Barking at a Police Dog.

 It happened in Mason, Ohio. It was there that one of the smartest men in history stumbled out of a pub. Drunk, but yet so full of wisdom. 25 year old Ryan Stephens comes out of the pub and spots a Police dog inside of a police cruiser while the officer is investigating a traffic accident. Ryan tries to strike up a conversation with the pooch, but at some point they have a disagreement and begin to argue. The dog is barking, Ryan's barking and hissing at the dog. Ok guys seriously this really did happen. I swear I don't make this stuff up. He ended up getting arrested for violating an Ohio law that makes it illegal to taunt a police dog. It gets better. The ACLU is representing him in court saying that the law violates his freedom of speech and afterward Ryan states that "THE DOG STARTED IT"  Wow just wow. What more can you say?
