Where are we going in Libya?

  Does anyone know what our plans are in Libya? It seems as though there is a world wide push to overthrow Gaddafi. Nothing wrong with that but, I'm thinking that maybe a little more planning could have went into this operation. At this point we have no idea who the next leader of Libya would be. One thing that really worries me is that many of the fighters who came to Iraq to fight were linked to Al-Qaeda and came from eastern Libya. Can we be sure that we would not be handing them the nation of Libya? I wonder if this is why the U.S. is so willing to hand over control to Nato. I fear that after the initial fight and war to rid them of Gaddafi there would be yet a second fight and war to rid them of Al-Qaeda. I'm sure the worlds intelligence organizations are already working on this and so far they have not called me to ask my opinion but I'm expecting that phone call any minute. haha. Anyway I just really hope that we have this all planned out a lot better than what is being portrayed on the news. I hope that Libya has a sane leader in it somewhere that can stand up and do something better for the people than what they have had in the past.

Libya, are ya kidding me?

 I hope we learn something from this. We go into Iraq, don't finish the job and have to go back. We bomb the hell out of Afghanistan when Clinton was president and then we had to go back. In the '80s we bomb the hell out of Libya and guess what? We're going back. I know all 3 situations were different but come on there's one theme ringing through here. If a nation,regime,dictator or whoever pisses us off bad enough that we have to bomb them. Then make sure the job get's finished the first time. People don't change they just go back and regroup. Not to mention smoke more crack and get even more screwed up. If it's not worth finishing it's not worth starting. Don't bomb the crap out of a place to send a message. These people get the message about as well as American criminals do after they get out of jail in 6 months for robbing a bank. (That's another blog on a slow news day, trust me.)

I'm not even sure what kind of drugs Muammar Gaddafi is on. His country rises up against him and the world is supporting them, and him in all his mighty wisdom, not to mention by this time he's got two rocks of crack and 6 beers in him while sitting in front of his computer watching internet porn with his wiener in his hand, says "Kill them all, even the civilians."  Sarah Palin could probably do a better job with that country. I don't know it would depend on what kind of mood her husband was in but still she couldn't be much worse.

Anyway in all honesty I hope this conflict goes well with minimal loss of life and I hope the people of Libya will take a just say no stance on drug use from now on.
